OUR APPROACH

Marcus employs a four-stage collaborative approach, positioning supplier diversity as a core component of the supply chain process. For organizations without a diversity program, we begin our process with an assessment of the current situation, developing a business case for supplier diversity, and establishing clear goals and vision to gain top management support. 

He works with the organization to establish the governance framework (diverse supplier policy, action plan as well as internal and external communication strategies). 

In the strategy & implementation phase, we engage in a strategic sourcing process and incorporate functional criteria in the RFP, devise strategies for connecting diverse suppliers, engage in training and capacity building through the supplier development process, and manage relationships between the organization, prime, and sub-contractors through supplier relationship management process. We also take into consideration, sustainability in the supplier-diverse process. 

Finally, in stage 4, he embarks on the evaluation of the diverse supplier process, measure, and benchmark against key performance indicators.
